Blizzcon Character Badges - 2009
It's that time again! With Blizzcon right around the corner, I thought I'd better open up badge commissions a little early this year.
Examples of badges are posted in the entry below this one. Scroll down!

You may or may not remember me from last year. If not, WoWInsider and Spooncraft.com were both kind enough to pimp me up and feature me on their websites. So once again, thank you both for helping me as much as you did. :) That was awesome!
Now, last year I was charging 40$ per badge, but this year since I'm starting these a few months before the con, I will be charging 30$ per since I don't have to rush.
However, if anyone wants one after June 16th, the price will go back up to 40$ each.
So, what you will receive:
For 30$, you will get one high resolution, hand drawn file (done in Flash and Photoshop) of your badge to print or use however you'd like (I.E. avatars, forum signatures, regular wall posterage, or even shirts!. However, please give me credit where it is due!). For 5$ more I will have the badge printed, laminated, and mailed to you with a clasp so you don't have to worry about a thing. And for an additional 5$ (per pet), I will add mini pets, Hunter/Warlock pets, or even a mount if you so please. :D
The picture below was my badge last year. The lanyard isn't included, Blizzard will hand those out at the convention!

**Currently FULL!**
As of now it looks as if I have more than enough e-mails to skim through. If you are still interested, you can e-mail me and I'll put you on a waiting list. :) Thank you everyone for all of the e-mails and kind words!

What I will need from you:
I do require all payment before I start drawing. I have had bad experiences with payment before doing this any other way, so bear with me. My preferred method is Paypal. I am verified, and it is the quickest, safest way to go through with the transaction. If you would rather do check or well concealed cash, we can work something out, I just do not recommend it.
I also need screenshots of your character! The more, the better! Screenshots from all different angles, in different types of lighting. Please do not send me mini screenshots so I have to strain my eyes to see them, or ones with dark lighting. Those make it difficult to see the color and shape of armor.
If you are interested, e-mail me at:
blizzconplease@gmail.com
blizzconplease@gmail.com
Once I receive your e-mail I will send you a form to fill out giving me all the details of your character. All badges will be finished and mailed by August 8th at the latest. If you need it earlier just let me know and we can work something out.
You can see more of my work at:

**If you are interested in regular character artwork not in a badge layout, e-mail me and we'll talk. :) **

Badges, ho!
Whew. This was a ton of work for such a small amount of time. But, well worth it. I hope everyone liked their badge! Thanks for all the interest :D! I really had a lot of fun with these. I sorta kinda want to do more.
And Blizzcon...was freaking awesome. Can't wait until the next one!

Blizzcon Character Badges
If you were one of the lucky few (thousand) to purchase a Blizzcon ticket I'm sure you're looking for ways to spice up that sassy badge you're gonna receive. Well how about adding some personal flare? I have decided to offer some slots for custom badge commissions of your very own character! These badges are sure to impress your friends. Each one is personalized just to your liking, complete with your characters name, realm, and guild if you so please. Though if you were one of the many who wasn't able to get a ticket, I sympathize, and still offer character portraits to those intrigued. So feel free to toss me an e-mail. These aren't restricted to Blizzcon goers only.
All badges are drawn and colored in a mix of Flash and Photoshop. You will receive a copy of the finished drawing via e-mail in high resolution. The image is yours to do as you please with (giving credit to me where it's do, of course). In addition to the image sent to you; for 5 extra dollars I will mail you the badge printed, laminated and clasped so it's ready to go. Saves you a trip to the local print shop :)
Example badges are shown above. Though if you'd like a closer look, check:
If you'd like to see more of my work, check out: www.artofdaniellebrown.blogspot.com
Each badge is 40$. If interested, toss me an e-mail at blizzconplease@gmail.com and say so. Once I get your e-mail I will send you a form to fill out so I can take down your character information, and I'll also be asking for payment. Preferred payment is Paypal. I am verified. It's the easiest and safest way to get it. If you would rather send a check or money we might be able to work something out, though Paypal is safer. For your sake and mine.

Currently Full
Please check back later spots may open up!
I will not start working on your badge until I have received payment. Once I have, expect your badge in your inbox (and mailbox if you added the payment) a week before Blizzcon (if you need it earlier say so). Don't worry, you'll get your badge! If not you'll be able to find me at the con. I'll be wearing one of the examples :)
Once again, my e-mail is blizzconplease@gmail.com. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
If sending a screenshot, PLEASE DO NOT send me mini-screenshots! I need to see your armor and face! Zooming in on small pictures does nothing but give me deformed pixels. Which, leads to headaches. No thank you.
